Overview
FleetGlu (“we”, “us”) provides software that helps trucking carriers support their drivers. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how drivers and carriers can control it.
Driver data
Drivers using the FleetGlu mobile app provide phone number, mood check-ins, optional health habits, and optional home-time preferences. All wellness inputs are opt-in. By default, dispatchers see only carrier-level aggregates — never individual mood scores.
Carrier data
Dispatchers provide carrier name, contact info, branding assets, and driver rosters uploaded to enable invitations.
How we use data
- To operate and improve the FleetGlu service.
- To send transactional notifications (email, SMS) tied to your account.
- To detect abuse and ensure system reliability.
What we do not do
- We do not sell driver or carrier data.
- We do not share individual driver wellness data with carriers without explicit driver consent.
- We do not use driver data for advertising.
Data retention & deletion
Drivers can delete their account from the mobile app at any time, which removes their personal data within 30 days. Carriers can request data export or deletion by emailing info@fleetglu.com.
